What kind of Reps can I hire through WeWorkHire?
The reps available through our marketplace have a wide range of backgrounds, but all are guaranteed to have at a minimum of 1 years experience in the work field required. Our platform includes sales reps, business development reps, appointment setters, lead generation experts, virtual assistants, customer support, recruiters, and more.

Our marketplace includes contractors from all over the world! We currently have active agents in over 72 countries.

Do all WeWorkHire reps speak fluent English?
Yes! We have many agents who are native English speakers, as well as others who learned English as a second language. When you inquire for your needs, you just specify if a particular level of language fluency is required.

How long do employee/rep contracts last?
Reps can be offered on an ongoing basis with no set end date, again all depends on your needs. However, both the client and rep may choose to end the arrangement at any point, for any reason.

What are the rep's hourly rates?
Rep rates range from $6/hour up to $20/hour, depending on their experience level and background.

Can I offer to pay a rep less (or more) than their advertised rate?
Yes, although we recommend that you offer reps their preferred hourly rate whenever possible, as this forms a positive basis for your relationship. In certain cases, reps may be inclined to accept a lower hourly rate, especially if you also offer a commission structure or some other type of perk.

What happens if I have the gold package and I no longer want to work with the rep?
You have a few options:
* Replace the rep as many times as you see fit to your needs, until the end of your contract.
* Cancel the contract and get a refund of the remaining balance.
